When I asked Mrs. Katie why she picked Rachel she told me that "she deserved it and she brings an element of challenge to the other students who otherwise might not try as hard." I thank God for all His blessings, especially the gift of my darling girl. Thank you Principal Randy Roys, Mrs. Katie and all who made this event special for Rachel.
